The chefs at Little Hutong created...and the customers voted with their collective palette.

Announcing the winners of Secret Chef Winter 2018. For the first time in Secret Chef history, there was a four-dish tie, each dish scoring 4.8 out of 5 stars! Wow, there's appreciation for you.

And the winners are:

  • Nyonya Top Hats (Pai Tee)
  • Otak-Otak Tiger Prawn Brik Pastry
  • Inchi Kabin (Penang Fried Chicken)
  • Amaebi Sweet Prawns Cold Truffle Angel Hair Pasta. 

Sadly, the Sous Vide Lamb Loin didn't make it. Ah well, you can't win em all. 

The new menu starts on Wednesday 4 July. Look out for two new and weird but yummy creations:

  • Cheeseburger Spring Rolls
  • Szechuan Burrata
