Evening clouds over Malabar

Summer's almost here with the days drawing longer and warmer and the 'silly season' rapidly descending upon us. A number of our local businesses and NFPs are busily preparing for special spring and summer events and functions, and it's great to see the restaurants and cafes doing such terrific business.

This month we'd like to mention the many volunteers that spare some of their precious free time to help others less fortunate than themselves, work with bush care groups to preserve the protected Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub, and help maintain the appeal of Little Bay Beach and the rest of Prince Henry with their regular clean-ups. Well done and many thanks to everyone involved.

A special mention to the members of the Community Association Executive Committee who volunteer their time to resolve the many issues that come their way, in the best interests of all Prince Henry residents. Some issues take longer than expected to resolve and require a great deal of persistence and patience but they get there in the end. So thanks to you all.

Our website sponsors, as always, deserve an extra special mention as of course do our volunteer contributors. We couldn't do it without you.
