In the Autumn newsletter, we welcome the CA's recently appointed managing agent, and try to address some of the concerns that residents have expressed regarding the DAs submitted to Council for 11 and 27 Jennifer Street. Zoning and endangered flora and fauna seem to be themajor issues.
Meriton's potential intentions for Little Bay Cove are causing lots of chatter on social media. The CA has contacted Council already, and will montitor the situation closely.
The CA Executive Committee is working with its new managing agent, Change Strata Management, on a smooth transition, as well as maintaining the momentum on multiple issues that require attention. Please note that the date of the AGM has been changed from 27 March to 17 April - full details in the below newsletter.
The PHHTNA is looking for volunteers and cash to complete much needed restoration works to the Chapel and Museum. And the local Bush Care group is also seeking volunteers to help restore the endangered Easter Suburbs Banksia Shrub.
