The Strata Collective
Level 3, 3 Spring Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Having won the NSW Small Strata Management Business of the Year 2018 for the SCA (NSW), Managing Director, Rod Smith, is delighted to announce that The Strata Collective has been nominated again as a finalist for SCA (NSW), this time for Medium Sized Strata Manager of the Years in 2019 and 2020. This award recognises that the team's focus on clients and relationships is a great path to strata success.
The Strata Collective was formed with a simple goal – to provide complete strata management services, across Sydney, to add value to the properties of all owners. We aim to provide leading service to clients that need a close, professional relationship with their Strata Manager. When mutual trust is established we're able to add enormous value to your strata community.
What sets The Strata Collective apart is the way we build community through relationships. This is achieved through regular and consistent communication by phone, via meetings (electronic or in person) and through prompt email correspondence. We also pay regular visits to each of our sites and maintain a thorough working knowledge of each property that we manage. This enables the Strata Collective to add value by providing professional advice and guidance tailored to the issues at hand.
Most of our new clients are referred to us by current clients. We're very aware that many strata schemes require a hands on, proactive and committed strata manager. You'll notice an immediate and significant improvement when working with our experienced team.
We treat each client as a unique strata scheme with unique challenges. Rest assured, The Strata Collective will provide you with a personalised strata management service – we'll tailor our services to meet your specific requirements.
Managing Director, Rod Smith, is a member of the SCA (NSW) Strata Managers Sub Committee and has previously been elected as a representative to the UDIA (property development peak body) Strata Management Committee for five years.
