 CA Annual General Meeting | 18 August

What: Prince Henry Community Association Annual General Meeting

When: Tuesday 18 August at 6pm 

Where: The Frangipani Room, The Coast Centre for Seniors, Curie Avenue, Little Bay

Register your attendance: Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, it's essential that you register your attendance by emailing kathryn@changestrata.com.au 

Important information:

  • Each lot nominee will need to provide a completed CA Proxy Form together with a copy of Neighbourhood Association or Strata Scheme general meeting minutes confirming the nomination
  • Each lot nominee wishing to stand for election to the Prince Henry Community Association Executive Committee please advise in writing — new nominees welcome
  • As appropriate-sized venues need to be arranged for face to face meetings to comply with social distancing requirements, all those intending to be present at either or both the AGM and ensuing ECM must register

The AGM will be followed by an Executive Committee Meeting.

All lot owners or their nominees are entitled to attend executive committee meetings but can address the meeting only if invited to do so by the committee.

Essential First Aid Skills for the Home and Workplace | 24 and 31 August

This is your opportunity to brush up those all important first aid skills for the home and workplace.

Local residents and professional trainers, Jefferson Lillis and Helga Nilsen, will present a six hour accredited first aid course on effective management and care — Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) — for you to draw on in the event of sudden illness or injury. Course participants will receive an accredited nationally recognised qualification valid for three years.

Learn how to manage an emergency

  • CPR and defibrillation
  • Medical conditions including:
    • asthma
    • anaphylaxis
    • stroke
    • seizures
  • Practical treatment for:
    • bleeding
    • burns
    • sprains
    • fractures
    • bites 
    • stings

What: Accredited First Aid Training Course — Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) | 6 hours over 2 days

When: Monday 24 August and Monday 31 August 2pm to 5pm 

Where: The Cottage, Corner Pine and Ewing Avenues, Little Bay

Registration and bookings essential: Email admin@coastcentre.org.au

Cost: $120 per person for six hours over two days (payment required in advance | Eftpos, cash, cheque, credit card, debit card)
